Attica Was Just the Beginning

Join us for a community day to honor, celebrate, and educate ourselves on the Political Occupation of Attica and the fight for prison abolition!

This is a completely free event where you can enjoy food and performances, learn about local community organizations and the work they do, listen to speakers talk about the recent legislative wins and how the fight will continue next session, look at art created by currently incarcerated individuals, and attend a panel on prison abolition. 

The only things that will be for sale will be art and a book of poems by currently incarcerated individuals, and there will be tip jars for the performers who have volunteered for this event.

Would you like to promote your work and support prison abolition? Then come table at our community day! This is a free event, meaning that the selling of merchandise or vending is not allowed, but you can accept donations.
